Job Overview:

We are hiring Telemarketing Executives for our Lead Generation team. Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 3 years) are welcome to apply.

This role involves cold calling, generating and qualifying leads, and collaborating with the sales team to boost revenue.

Ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales and client engagement within the US process domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and outreach methods.
  • Make outbound calls to introduce services and engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead data.
  • Follow up consistently to nurture prospects and convert interest into sales opportunities.
  • Share detailed insights about leads with the sales team.
  • Track performance metrics and report lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for continuous campaign improvement.

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience Required: 0 to 3 Years
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass
  • Age Limit: Up to 28 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Resilience to handle rejection professionally
