About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Manager – Overseas Education
to lead our counselling and sales operations for international education services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in converting leads, managing teams, and driving business growth, along with strong knowledge of admission and visa processes across key study destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement:
    Drive student enrolments by converting leads into successful admissions, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Counselling & Conversion:
    Conduct in-depth counselling sessions for students aspiring to study in countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and Europe.
  • Lead Management:
    Ensure effective lead tracking, timely follow-ups, and closure through CRM tools and structured communication.
  • Team Leadership:
    Manage and mentor a small team (2–3 members) to achieve sales goals, enhance performance, and maintain high service quality.
  • Industry Networking:
    Build strong relationships with key partners such as KC, SI-UK, IDP, and university representatives to strengthen brand presence and student opportunities.
  • Documentation Oversight:
    Review SOPs, LORs, and financials to ensure accuracy and readiness for visa filing.
  • Business Growth:
    Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives to increase lead generation and brand visibility in the region.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in
    overseas education sales or counselling
  • Strong industry connections with associates like KC, SI-UK, IDP, etc.
  • Proven success in
    achieving sales targets and managing a counselling team
  • In-depth understanding of international admissions and visa procedures
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools
