Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Educational Counselor to join our Noida team. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 2 years of work experience. The role involves providing guidance to students to help them make informed decisions about their education paths. As an essential part of our team, you'll aid students in exploring academic options that align with their career aspirations and personal interests.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) are crucial for effectively conveying information and understanding clients' educational needs.

Proficiency in counseling techniques to offer personalized guidance and support to students.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple student cases and maintain detailed records of counseling sessions.

Adaptability to handle diverse student needs and educational program changes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide expert educational counseling to students to help them select courses aligning with their career goals.

Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess students' academic strengths, preferences, and future aspirations.

Keep updated on educational trends and changes to offer current and comprehensive guidance.

Facilitate workshops and informational sessions to educate students and parents on available educational opportunities.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with local educational institutions and service providers.

Assist students in application processes for various colleges and universities.

Monitor students' progress and adapt guidance strategies to ensure their academic success.

Participate in community outreach programs to promote Affinity Education Pvt. Ltd.'s services.
