We're now expanding our team and looking for passionate counselors who can help us make a difference in the lives of students.

Role: Student Counsellor

Location: On Site | Jaipur

Type: Contract Based

What You'll Do

  • Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions with students.
  • Facilitate workshops, group discussions (GDs), and guidance sessions.
  • Prepare student-specific reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Address queries related to academic, personal, and career challenges.
  • Provide anonymous counselling support where needed.
  • Collaborate with the core team to design new counseling models & activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in Psychology, Education, Counselling, HR, or related fields (students pursuing their final year may also apply).
  • Strong communication, listening, and empathy skills.
  • Passion for helping students grow personally and professionally.
  • Ability to conduct engaging group sessions and individual guidance.
  • Previous counselling/mentorship experience (preferred but not mandatory).
