Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, company website, etc.).
  • Monitor product visibility, pricing, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with marketplaces for campaigns, offers, and ad placements.
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and track performance.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and timely dispatch.
  • Handle customer queries, reviews, and returns in coordination with support teams.
  • Work with the marketing team to improve product SEO and visibility.
  • Stay updated with latest eCommerce trends and competitors' strategies.

Key Skills Required

  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Ads, Campaigns).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
