Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Packaging Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Packaging Manager will oversee the design and development of packaging materials, coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and ensure that packaging processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations. The role also involves supervising packaging staff, monitoring packaging quality, and optimizing packaging operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Experience with packaging design, development, and materials selection
  • Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Inventory management and supplier coordination experience
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in a packaging management or similar role is a plus
