Senior Manager – Marketing
with a strong background in
electrical product marketing
, specifically in transformer safety solutions. The ideal candidate will lead marketing strategy, business development, and client engagement efforts, ensuring strong market positioning and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual budgets for transformer safety products.
  • Identify business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and drive sales growth.
  • Handle tendering processes, including EMD preparation and online submissions.
  • Participate in negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and finalize terms of payment and collections.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to build brand visibility.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and pricing strategy.
  • Extensive travel across regions to meet clients and identify new business prospects.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education
    :
    Any Graduate (preferably B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in electrical product marketing, with hands-on exposure to tendering and project bidding.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Sound understanding of marketing strategy, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Proficiency in online tender platforms and documentation.
