Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven, and proactive Marketing, Sales & Events professional who can independently manage 360° marketing operations, support sales growth, and coordinate brand-building activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong planning, execution, and coordination skills across marketing, sales, and event management, along with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, review reports, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding

  • Handle end-to-end marketing operations including branding, design, promotions, and campaign execution.

  • Manage website, real estate software, and digital platforms to ensure updated content and lead tracking.

  • Coordinate with print, social media, outdoor media (hoardings, unipoles, kiosks, etc.), and advertising agencies.

  • Finalize creatives, ads, and marketing collateral in coordination with agencies and management.

  • Prepare & monitor the annual marketing budget; ensure timely vendor payments.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute events, product launches, brochures, and promotional activities.

  • Manage manpower, vendor negotiations, and finalize costs.

  • Ensure smooth execution of exhibitions, on-ground activations, and customer engagement activities.

Sales Coordination & Lead Generation

  • Work with the sales team to design campaigns for lead generation and conversion.

  • Track, analyze, and optimize lead-to-sales performance.

  • Provide sales support through innovative marketing strategies and promotional tools.

General Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams, management, and external partners for seamless execution of marketing & sales activities.

  • Ensure brand visibility and business growth through continuous marketing efforts.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Events, and Brand Management (Real Estate background preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team coordination abilities.

  • Proactive, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Immediate joiner preferred.
