Role Overview

We're hiring a
full-time, on-site team member (women only)
to handle packaging, inventory, and customer order coordination at our Gurgaon office. If you're detail-oriented, love fashion, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced e-commerce brand, this role is for you.
We are looking for someone who can join immediately.

What You'll Do

  • Package and dispatch jewellery orders with care
  • Confirm COD orders and coordinate with customers regarding their purchases
  • Schedule shipments on logistics platforms by updating order details from the website
  • Manage and organise inventory to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate order records (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Support daily e-commerce operations

What We're Looking For

  • Women candidates available to work on-site (Golf Course Road, Gurgaon)
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify familiarity is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills for customer coordination
  • Passionate about fashion, jewellery, and Instagram culture
  • Immediate joiners preferred
