About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, driven interns to join our Fatafat product franchisee sales team. As a Franchisee Sales Intern, you will receive hands-on experience in B2B franchise sales, focusing on expanding the Fatafat network among small businesses in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. This internship is designed to help you develop essential sales skills, build client relationships, and understand the nuances of franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Franchise Sales Development:Learn to identify and qualify potential franchise partners, conduct market research, and build a robust sales pipeline under the guidance of experienced mentors.
  • Client Engagement:Develop strong communication and presentation skills to engage with prospective franchisees, deliver product demonstrations, and address their questions.
  • Deal Negotiation:Gain experience in negotiating franchise agreements, handling objections, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:Build and nurture lasting relationships with franchise partners, ensuring ongoing support and collaboration.
  • CRM Utilization:Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance data effectively.
  • Continuous Learning:Stay updated on franchise industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies through regular training sessions.

Qualifications
