About the Role

We are seeking a
dynamic and versatile professional
to join our team in a hybrid capacity of
Business Analyst, Project Operations Manager, and PMO Trainee
. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to expand their career into
Project Management and PMO
, while actively contributing to
project execution, client engagement, reporting, and operational excellence
.

You will be managing a portfolio of
multiple small-to-mid scale projects
– including internally funded initiatives, client paid fixed-price engagements, and long-term retainer projects. This role involves
direct client interaction
, internal reporting to the CEO, and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring
    timely execution, quality standards, and budget adherence
    .
  • Act as the
    primary client liaison
    for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Prepare and deliver
    project reports, dashboards, forecasts, and presentations
    for CEO and leadership reviews.
  • Perform
    business analysis
    , including requirements gathering, feasibility checks, and documentation.
  • Support
    financial and operational planning
    – budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure
    project governance and process quality
    , maintaining documentation and compliance standards.
  • Translate complex information into
    clear, actionable insights and presentations
    for both clients and leadership.
  • Learn and implement
    PMO practices, tools, and frameworks
    to support organizational project governance.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience
    in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or related roles.
  • Strong
    common sense, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
    .
  • Proven
    client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
    .
  • Excellent
    MS Excel skills
    – reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to manage
    multiple projects simultaneously
    with attention to detail.
  • Strong
    presentation and documentation skills
    (PowerPoint, reports, dashboards).
  • Natural
    leadership and teamwork qualities
    , with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Eagerness to
    learn and grow into PMO and Project Management roles
    .
  • A
    voracious reader and quick learner
    , always seeking to upskill.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in
    IT services, consulting, or product development
    .
  • Knowledge of
    project management methodologies
    (Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2 – certifications a plus).
  • Experience in
    budgeting, financial forecasting, or operational reporting
    .
