Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in SAP Ariba and the Medical Devices domain particularly iRCAS. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts focusing on developing and optimizing solutions that enhance our medical device operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to impactful projects that drive innovation and efficiency in our processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SAP Ariba solutions tailored to the specific needs of the medical devices sector ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications that align with business objectives.
  • Optimize existing SAP Ariba configurations to enhance performance and user experience ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Ariba implementations resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
  • Document technical processes and configurations maintaining comprehensive records for future reference and compliance purposes.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest SAP Ariba advancements and industry trends.
  • Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of software development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that address complex challenges in the medical devices domain.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards integrating best practices into all development activities.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and user guides to support end-users in effectively utilizing SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and deliverables ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork among colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in SAP Ariba development with proven experience in implementing and optimizing solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the medical devices domain particularly with iRCAS to effectively address industry-specific challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Showcase strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Have a track record of successful project delivery within a hybrid work model demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
