Role Summary & Key Responsibilities
  • Analytical Thinking: Apply first-principles reasoning to assess qualitative and quantitative insights, identify knowns and unknowns, challenge assumptions, and develop independent perspectives.
  • Data Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling narratives that resonate across diverse teams and functions.
  • Execution Excellence: Effectively manage priorities, communicate proactively, seek support when needed, and deliver consistently in a dynamic environment.
  • System & Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for systems, technologies, and cross-functional processes.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify process or system gaps, conduct detailed analyses, and initiate corrective measures to address them.
  • Consumer Understanding: Demonstrate strong analytical acumen with a deep grasp of customer behavior and market dynamics.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: MBA or B.Tech preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Product Analysis, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles.

  • Core Competencies:

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expertise in customer insight and behavioral analysis.
  • Solid program/project management skills.
  • High curiosity, structured thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
