About the Role:

The Product Analyst will be responsible for preparing feasibility reports, aligning with external architects, and curating compelling content for customer-facing platforms. This includes developing FAQs, product USPs, website and video content, and finalizing specifications for each project. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical understanding, communication skills, and content creation capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility studies for upcoming projects in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with external architects to ensure alignment on design intent, technical feasibility, and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare FAQs for each project to aid customer communication and sales training.
  • Develop "Top Reasons to Buy" content for brochures, websites, and digital campaigns.
  • Plan and script model house video content in coordination with the marketing and design teams.
  • Draft project-specific website content including location advantages, product highlights, and amenity narratives.
  • Curate and finalize material specifications in consultation with design, procurement, and execution teams.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, style, and positioning across all product communication touchpoints.
  • Maintain documentation for each projects content and update as required during the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update inventory data throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate product content, architectural coordination, or product marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
  • Experience in working with architects and design consultants.
  • Good understanding of residential real estate development stages and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project documentation tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
