PRODUCT ANALYST

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Product Analyst, who will work closely with the Product Management

team to support product execution, analysis, and delivery. Your work will ensure smooth

product rollouts, actionable insights, and timely follow-ups, enabling the Product Managers

to focus on strategic initiatives, innovation, and client partnerships.

What You'll Do:


• Author and maintain PRDs, use case documentation, and feature changelogs.


• Use data and insights to inform roadmaps, prioritize features, and track adoption.


• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.


• Collaborate with engineering, testing, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure

timely release of stories and product features.


• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and stay

on top of industry trends.


• Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure product quality before launch.


• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs.


• Stay curious and proactive, continuously explore new ways to enhance our products

and workflows.

Skills & Requirements:


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an execution-driven mindset.


• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.


• Ability to break down complex problems and derive actionable insights.


• Self-starter with a passion for learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Experience:(1 year – 2 years).

Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering

Good to Have:


• Experience with Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar analytical tools.


• Ability to use AI tools to automate workflows or assist in daily activities.


• Ability to build basic AI agents for automating data or research tasks.


• Certification in Product Management
