Role & responsibilities
The Dialer Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the automatic dialer system to ensure efficient and effective outbound call campaigns. This role includes monitoring campaign performance, minimizing downtime, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the operational team with actionable data insights.
Preferred candidate profile
Set up, configure, and monitor dialer campaigns (predictive, preview, progressive).
Monitor real-time campaign performance and agent activity.
Adjust call strategies based on campaign requirements and business goals.
Ensure maximum dialer uptime and minimal idle time for agents.
Analyze call metrics and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Collaborate with Team Leaders, QA, and IT teams for seamless operations.
Manage calling lists and ensure data accuracy and segmentation.
Handle dialer-related issues and escalate technical concerns as needed.
Maintain compliance with Do Not Disturb (DND), TCPA, and other dialing regulations.
Assist in workforce management and capacity planning.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
13 years of experience in dialer management (e.g., Genesys, Aspect, Ameyo, Avaya, Five9, etc.).
