HR Associate
 to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
  • Draft HR policies, letters, and documentation.
  • Handle queries related to HR processes and act as a bridge between management and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist with performance management cycles and appraisal processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of HR experience (internship/fresher with strong interest in HR can apply).
  • Good understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
