Role: Remote Google Ads & Meta Performance Expert

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a results-driven performance marketer. You will be the primary architect and executor of high-impact, performance-based paid campaigns across the Google Ads and Meta platforms. Your success will be directly measured by your ability to drive maximum ROI and digital growth for our specialized clientele.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

  • Strategy & Execution:
    Plan, build, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across the full spectrum of
    Meta
    (Facebook/Instagram) and
    Google Ads
    (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Relentlessly monitor key performance metrics, conduct deep-dive analysis, and pivot strategies to maximize ROI and scale profitable campaigns.
  • Reporting & Insight:
    Create and present comprehensive performance reports, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for internal teams and clients.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    Align paid strategy with broader marketing goals. Optionally, mentor and elevate junior team members on current best practices.
  • Innovation:
    Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and new opportunities to ensure Leapsquad and our clients maintain a competitive edge.

What You'll Need to Succeed (Qualifications):

  • Experience:
    2+ years
    of direct, hands-on experience managing and scaling both Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Technical Mastery:
    Expert proficiency in
    Google Ads
    (keyword research/bid strategy, campaign management) and
    Meta
    (targeting, creation, optimization).
  • Data Fluency:
    Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Proven experience with
    Google Analytics
    and
    Meta Analytics
    for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic Mindset:
    Deep understanding of audience segmentation, sophisticated bidding strategies, and a structured approach to A/B testing creative and copy.
  • Soft Skills:
    A proactive, results-oriented self-starter who takes initiative. Excellent communication and project management skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Tools:
    Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
