Job Description Client Services Support Specialist I / II

We are hiring Client Services Support Specialists (Levels I & II) with international inbound voice process experience. This is a 100% work-from-office role for candidates with strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and willingness to work in US shifts (India Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international inbound voice calls and resolve customer queries.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with active listening and clear communication.
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain service quality standards.
  • Utilize MS Office tools and ensure timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with operations and escalate unresolved issues as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 14 years in international inbound voice process (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening, typing proficiency, and MS Office skills.
  • Education: PUC / Diploma / Graduate (any background).
  • Immediate joiners (or within 30 days notice).
  • 100% Work From Office; Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (US Shift).

Preferred Qualification:

  • Prior experience in Healthcare International Voice process is an added advantage.

Salary Package:

  • 12 Years Exp: Up to 27,000/month
  • 23 Years Exp: Up to 35,000/month
