Key Responsibilities:

Loan Application Processing:

Receive, verify, and process retail loan applications and related documents as per company guidelines.

Data Entry & Validation:

Accurately enter customer and loan information into the system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Documentation Compliance:

Check loan application documents for completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordination:

Liaise with sales teams, credit teams, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

Customer Communication:

Assist in communicating with customers regarding documentation status, clarifications, or additional requirements.

Quality Checks:

Perform quality control on processed applications to minimize errors and discrepancies.

Reporting:

Maintain records and generate operational reports related to loan application processing and pending tasks.

Process Improvement:

Suggest process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
