  • Experience: 10+ years in service sales or operations, with at least 6 years in a managerial leadership role.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead franchisee operations of two states together (Telangana & Andhra) for 80+ Green Trends salons. The role demands strong business acumen, people leadership, and stakeholder management skills to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and brand consistency across all outlets.

  • Business & Financial Leadership

Drive topline revenue growth through improved Average Bill Value (ABV) and customer transactions - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & revenue targets.

Achieve profitability by monitoring and controlling costs (Salon labour cost, consumables, utilities, etc.).

Ensure new salon openings (OTP Open to public) as per the state expansion plan.

Drive outlet-level breakeven (or 6 lakhs business/month, whichever is higher) within 4 months of opening.

  • Customer & Franchisee Success

Ensure superior customer experience by enforcing brand SOPs (appointments, hygiene, consultation, etc.).

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, franchise partners, and other stakeholders.

Address and resolve customer complaints within 24 hours.

Guide franchisees to scale operations and convert them into multi-unit partners.

  • Operations & Brand Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to operational processes, audits, and quality standards.

Oversee salon ambience, VM, and upkeep to reflect brand positioning.

Identify potential locations and properties for expansion in line with brand norms.

Supervise new salon projects to ensure quality execution within timelines and budget.

Implement BTL marketing activities aligned with brand campaigns.

Submit timely reports on performance, challenges, and achievements.

Act as a bridge between Head Office & franchise/salon teams.

  • People Leadership & Growth

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 600+ employees including Cluster Managers, Salon Managers, and Trainers.

Drive salon level recruitment for core operations to ensure 100% talent availability across outlets.

Conduct regular business reviews and share updates with leadership.

Build and retain a strong talent pool through training, engagement, and recognition.

Handle employee grievances promptly through HR and foster a culture aligned with Trends values.

3. REPORTING & RELATIONSHIPS

  • Reports to: Head of PAN India Franchisee Operations
  • Direct Reportees: 8+ Cluster Managers & Functional leads
  • Team Size to manage: 600+ employees
  • Internal Interfaces: Finance, IT, HR, Projects, Marketing & Commercial teams
  • External Interfaces: Franchise partners, landlords, retailers

4. DESIRED CANDIDATES CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Industry Background: Ideally from the service retail industry (excluding product sales operations background).
  • Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments. This role goes beyond typical operational tasks; it involves driving initiatives and managing dynamic processes with different kind of people behaviors.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in local language and Hindi & English is essential.
