Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Claims based in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims, ensuring compliance with policies, liaising with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders, and providing excellent claims support. The role includes verifying and analyzing claims documentation, resolving claim-related issues, and maintaining accurate records of claims transactions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Claims Management, Processing, and Analysis
- Strong Communication and Client Management Skills
- Knowledge of Insurance Policies and Regulations
- Problem-solving and Negotiation Abilities
- Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency in Technology and Claim Management Systems
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or related field
- Experience in the insurance broking industry is a plus
