Position Summary
Rimini Street is a fast-growing, high-tech company seeking a visionary and results-oriented Manager to lead our global Revenue Operations function. This role is responsible for designing and governing sales processes, reporting frameworks, data integrity, and contract management. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving operational excellence and enabling scalable growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional leadership and mentorship to the Revenue Operations team.
- Define and lead global sales operations strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the strategic design, governance, and continuous improvement of sales processes.
- Establish and enforce best practices for forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Drive development of executive-level reporting and dashboards for sales performance and actionable insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual insights to senior leadership and the board.
- Lead global initiatives to enhance Salesforce data quality, integrity, and usability.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance to align contract terms with operational workflows and reporting.
- Support Finance in reconciliation of invoiced contracts and commission attainment accuracy.
- Act as the senior point of contact for all contract and commission-related governance.
- Drive North America territory hierarchies, worldwide commission design and assessments, and assist in quota setting and capacity planning.
- Partner with external data providers to optimize account hierarchies, segmentation, and enrichment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure operational cohesion.
- Guide the analytics team in identifying trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities.

Required Skills
- Meticulous disposition with extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Comfortable with a process-driven and hands on approach.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or Business Intelligence.
- Experience leading a multi-functional team.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, data governance, and reporting tools.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in contract lifecycle management and commission structures is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work North America/EMEA hours.
