Candidates must be currently residing in Hyderabad. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Job Brief
The person in this role to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data in order to provide quantitative information and to manage all accounting operations on a timely manner based on accounting principles.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounting operations on a timely manner based on accounting principles.
  • Managing the Payables & Receivables and ensure nil aging.
  • Compute & process all Statutory payments & Returns filing on due dates (Service Tax, TDS, PF, PT, ESI etc.)
  • Coordinating with HR Department for getting the payroll related requisite information and accurately processing payroll for employees.
  • Regularly track all Statutory & Regulatory Notices received from various departments & co-ordinate with the Auditors/ Company Secretary for closure.
  • Ensure appropriate filing system of Vouchers, files and records is maintained at the Accounts Department.
  • Prepare budget and financial forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Conduct month-end, quarter end and year-end close process
  • Collect, analyze and summarize account information
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
  • Develop periodic reports for management
  • Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
Requirements
  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
  • Open to candidates with 1–2 years of experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
  • Excellent accounting software user
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
