Timings : 9:30AM-6:30PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer/Executive for PET washline and plastic packing operations in manufacturing. This role manages general accounting, GST/returns filing, stock valuation, statements, fixed assets registers, and statutory compliance to drive financial accuracy and regulatory adherence.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, record daily transactions, and perform regular reconciliations
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconcile ITC.
  • File statutory returns including TDS, PT, PF, ESI, and other required compliances.
  • Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly stock statements as required by banks or management.
  • Maintain inventory records and perform stock valuation
  • Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register, including depreciation, additions and disposals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • ICWA/CA, MBA-Finance, or M. Com with 5-8 years.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST/TDS portals.
  • Excellent communication for auditor/bank/client interactions and proactive compliance with evolving regulations.
