Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Developer
to join our dynamic team at
Ariqt in Hyderabad
. The ideal candidate should have
4 to 6 years
of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong technical background in customizations, configurations, and integrations. You will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM platform to support business operations and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and integration tools.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Implement best practices in code development, deployment, and version control.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications and workflows for optimal performance.
• Conduct unit tests and ensure proper functionality and error handling in Salesforce components.
• Work with cross-functional teams including analysts, administrators, and other developers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and incorporate them into development processes.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues as needed.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Framework.
• Experience with Salesforce customization, security settings, and data visibility.
• Knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation tools like Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of Salesforce data architecture and data modeling.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I/II or equivalent).
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce project implementations.
• Solid understanding of the entire development lifecycle including specification, documentation, quality assurance, and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Prior experience in a collaborative Agile team environment.
