Position: Jr Field Sales Executive

Experience Required: Fresher- 0-1 Year Experience.

Qualification: Any graduate discipline/ Diploma/ 12th pass out

  • Requirement: Candidate must own a 2-wheeler for client visits.

Roles & Responsibilities-

  • Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and product pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closure.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Maintain records and pipeline through CRM tools.

Skills & Competencies-

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of 0-1 years in IT sales/business development.
  • Passion for sales and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
