Our platform provides tools for funding discovery, proposal generation, and program management, empowering organizations to focus on what matters most creating impact.

Were expanding into Asia and seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to lead growth in India.

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard nonprofits, foundations, and SMEs to
  • Conduct online demos and presentations that clearly communicate product value.
  • Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into paying subscribers.
  • Build partnerships with local associations, CSR programs, and incubators.
  • Manage weekly sales reporting, CRM updates, and progress tracking.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor messaging for the Indian market.
  • Achieve monthly subscription and retention targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-6 years experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or nonprofit/CSR business development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi/regional language).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Self-starter with a passion for social impact and digital transformation.
  • Comfortable working remotely with international teams and flexible time zones.

Compensation

Base retainer of USD $500/month + performance-based commissions (expected annual OTE USD $10,000$20,000, uncapped for top performers).
