Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products or services and provide relevant information.
  • Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer information in the database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or close sales.
  • Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 6 months of tele calling or customer service experience is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
