Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming student enquiries related to IELTS, OET, and PTE training programs.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce and pitch available courses.
  • Explain course details, fee structures, and enrollment procedures clearly and persuasively.
  • Identify student needs and provide suitable course recommendations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone while handling queries and concerns.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals set by the management.
  • Record and update enquiry details, call status, and follow-ups in the CRM/lead management system.
  • Coordinate with the counseling/sales team to schedule appointments or demos for potential students.
  • Build and maintain good rapport with students to encourage enrollment.
  • Provide feedback to the management on student preferences, common queries, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred (education sector advantage).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Ability to handle objections and convince prospective students.
  • Good listening skills and a student-centric approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel, CRM tools).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a positive attitude.
