Description
The MIS Coordinator will play a crucial role in our organization, acting as a bridge between the Sales and MIS teams. They will be responsible for the smooth flow of information, data analysis, and the implementation of effective MIS strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate MIS operations for the Sales-Program & MIS department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection, processing, and reporting.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain MIS systems and tools to support sales operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide tailored reports.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient MIS practices.
  • Train and support sales team members in using MIS systems and interpreting data.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS and sales analytics.
  • Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all MIS activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar MIS or data analytics role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Proficiency in using MIS software and tools, including data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
  • Familiarity with data security practices and privacy regulations.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry advancements and continuous learning.
