We are looking for candidates for MIS Executive-

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East )

Experience: 2 to 3yr Years

Functional Area: Program Management, MIS & Data Analysis

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic MIS Person to lead the implementation of program activities in the assigned state. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, working with government and donor agencies, and handling MIS/data systems in social sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Implementation & Team Management

  • Lead on-ground implementation of all program activities within the assigned state.
  • Manage and supervise a cross-functional team including trainers, mobilizers, and field staff.
  • Liaise with government departments, local partners, and donor representatives.
  • Oversee logistics, budgeting, and administrative operations at the state level.

MIS & Data Management

  • Ensure accurate data entry, cleaning, and validation from field-level operations.
  • Maintain and update project MIS using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and databases.
  • Generate periodic dashboards and analytical reports for internal and donor use.
  • Coordinate with field teams for timely and quality data submissions.
  • Support the design and rollout of digital data collection tools (e.g., mobile apps).
  • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and ensure data quality across the program.
  • Assist in documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Statistics, IT, Data Management, or a relevant field.
  • 2 to 3yr years of experience in data management, MIS, or monitoring & evaluation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic database management.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the NGO or development sector is desirable.
  • Must be fluent in Hindi (spoken and written).

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and field-based environments.
  • Willingness to travel within the state for field visits.
