Jivana Wellness Retreat is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. The ideal candidate will lead a team of housekeeping staff, manage daily room and public area cleaning schedules, maintain linen and inventory control, and ensure a serene, well-kept environment that reflects the retreat's wellness ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain top-quality cleanliness and service standards.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation criteria.
  • Manage linen, amenities, and cleaning supply inventory efficiently.
  • Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
  • Uphold guest satisfaction and handle any housekeeping-related guest requests or concerns professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in hotels, resorts, or wellness retreats.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to quality, detail, and guest satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
