Job Title: Housekeeping Executive

Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations

Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of all cinema areas, including auditoriums, washrooms, lobbies, concession counters, and back-of-house spaces.

Guide and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and on schedule.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

2. Staff Management

Schedule and manage housekeeping staff shifts for seamless operations.

Train staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.

Provide ongoing feedback and conduct regular performance reviews to maintain high team efficiency.

3. Supplies and Inventory Management

Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure availability of necessary materials.

Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of cleaning essentials.

Ensure proper storage and usage of supplies to minimize wastage and control costs.

4. Customer Service

Respond promptly to customer complaints or feedback related to cleanliness or hygiene.

Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve facility-related concerns.

5. Compliance and Safety

Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including fire safety and waste management.

Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential issues.

Prepare and submit regular housekeeping reports to management for review.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in hospitality or facility management is preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, ideally in the cinema or hospitality industry.

**Skills**:Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry-standard safety protocols.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,189.67 - ₹30,063.44 per month
