Guest Relations Manager - 5 Luxury Resort, Neral and Ratnagiri Maharashtra.
Kish Hospitality Consultant seeks a seasoned Guest Relations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest Relations, and lead our client 5 resort in Neral.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized services. 2. Manage guest relations, feedback, and concerns. 3. Collaborate with departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping) for seamless service. 4. Promote resort activities, events, and amenities. 5. Analyze guest satisfaction reports and implement improvements.
Qualifications:-
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field years of experience in a 5hotel/resort as a Guest Relations Manager/ Duty Manager (Oberoi, Taj, ITC, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton) 3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 4. Fluency in English, Marathi/Hindi a plus. 5. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays.
Salary Package - ₹12 -15 LPA
