Accounts Receivable Executive / Analyst

Location: Hyderabad (Spectraforce Campus)

Working Hours: EST Timings (6.30 PM to 2.30 PM)

Job Summary

Spectraforce is seeking a proactive, detailoriented Accounts Receivable Executive / Analyst with 2-6years of experience in payment application, invoicing, and aged receivables follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be highly proficient in Excel, and possess excellent communication abilities to manage AR processes accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts
  • Generate and issue invoices promptly to clients
  • Perform regular receivables aging analysis and follow up on overdue amounts
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain and update customer account records in the accounting system
  • Assist in monthend closing and AR reporting
  • Support audit and compliance requirements, as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 2-6years of handson AR experience including payment application, invoicing, and aging followups
  • Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data sorting/filtering
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
