We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online expertise to join our finance team and support the company's growing operational and reporting needs.

Job Summary

BBC is looking for an experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper who will play a key role in managing the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and possess solid, demonstrable experience in bookkeeping and financial management. This is a remote role that requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, including daily data entry and transaction updates.

Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.

Record and categorize all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Support accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.

Generate and analyze financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc.).

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of reports and supporting documentation.

Identify and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with the finance team.

Maintain well-organized and secure digital financial records for audits and financial reviews.

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and standard bookkeeping practices.

Qualifications

Proven full-time experience as a Bookkeeper with strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is a plus.

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Hours

This is a full-time position.

Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Stable working hours with flexibility when required.
