Sales & Marketing

  • Promote and market orthopedic support products across assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product visibility and dealer engagement.
  • Organize product demonstrations, training, and promotional campaigns for dealers and B2B clients.

Dealer & B2B Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers/channel partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize business deals with hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor dealer performance and support them to maximize sales growth.

Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and guide a team for B2B sales operations.
  • Assign targets, review performance, and ensure team motivation.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Gather competitor and market insights to design effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Share feedback with management for product development and market positioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the orthopedic support products sales
  • Maximum age limit is 40 years
  • Graduates only need to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
