Position : Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Assistant will support our marketing team in executing digital campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative individual eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing field. The assistant will help manage social media channels, create engaging content, analyze campaign performance, and assist with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and posting content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Content Creation: Help create and edit engaging text, image, and video content for digital channels.
  • Campaign Support: Assist with the implementation of email marketing campaigns and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Website Maintenance: Support website updates, including content and blog post uploads, and assist with basic SEO tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Manage marketing calendars, organize digital assets, and conduct market research.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing)/ 12th/10th pass candidates with any certifications in DM and with extensive creativity and experience will be also considered.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
