ROLE TASKS – Design Engineer

Software:

  • Solidworks/ Autocad

Design & Drawing:

  • Design the machine using appropriate Engineering standards and practise
  • Prepare 2D & 3D drawings & the assembly of the machine on solidworks/ & autocad

Technical & Operations:

  • Ensure the machines are being made technically fit and the technical parameters of the machines offered are being followed in manufacturing
  • Prepare Activity plan & production plan so that the machines are being made on time & ensure material is ordered on time through followup
  • Site visits & client visits for Technically understanding the requirement

Quality & Inspection:

  • Inspect the material & check if it is fit physically and dimensionally & ensure the quality of material is upto mark.
  • Record dimensions of incoming machines

Documentation

  • Prepare Quality Assurance plant, Production plan, Estimation, Factory acceptance tests, Test Certificates, Servicing and commissioning reports, Inspection reports, Foundation Drawing, General Assembly

Drawing, Minutes of Meeting, Operation & Maintenance manual etc

Working Hours:

9am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday. The professional shall have flexible working hours.

Salary:

Endorsements: Depending upon experience, exposure & ability to do work

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Joining Time: Immediate or as soon as Possible.
