Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative and Social Media Manager to lead our brand's visual and digital storytelling. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and executional excellence. You will be responsible for shaping our brand voice, crafting engaging content, and driving impactful campaigns that strengthen our digital presence and community engagement.

The ideal candidate is a creative strategist who understands the power of design, storytelling, and analytics in building memorable brand experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that elevate brand identity and digital engagement.
  • Conceptualize, design, and manage high-quality content for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent publishing across platforms.
  • Manage brand presence across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to align visuals and messaging with brand goals.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize for better results.
  • Analyze trends, insights, and audience behavior to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand's creative direction, ensuring a consistent and distinctive tone across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, creative strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, visual branding, and digital storytelling.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
  • Experience with social media ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking to achieve measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with influencers and managing brand collaborations.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, short-form video content, or reels production.
  • Demonstrated success in growing brand engagement and online community presence.
