Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager located in Vadodara. The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include optimizing processes, ensuring quality compliance, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing improvements to foster productivity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of operational processes, resource planning, and project management.
  • Data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, including MS Office and operational management tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or within the manufacturing or textile industry is strongly preferred.
