Role Description

This is a
full-time, remote internship
designed for a highly motivated individual passionate about video and social media. You will be instrumental in developing, creating, and executing engaging short-form and long-form video content that resonates with our target audience. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being on camera and has the drive to stay ahead of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Content Creator Intern, you will:

• Create Engaging Video Content:
  Script, shoot, and edit
  high-quality short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) and long-form videos for all major platforms.
• Be the Face of the Brand:
  Confidently
  appear on camera
  to present and discuss company-related topics, industry trends, and educational content in an engaging and authentic manner.
• Content Strategy & Research:
  Stay current with social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, and best practices to ensure our content is timely and relevant.
• Scriptwriting and Copywriting:
  Develop compelling scripts, hooks, and detailed storyboards, as well as engaging captions and copy that maximize content reach and audience interaction.
• Community Engagement:
  Assist in monitoring and engaging with our audience across social platforms (comments, DMs) to foster a strong community.
• Performance Analysis:
  Track and analyze content metrics (e.g., watch time, engagement rate, CTR) and provide actionable suggestions for optimization and improvement.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align content with overall business objectives and brand messaging.

Requirements

We are looking for an intern who is eager to learn and ready to jump in from day one.

• On-Camera Confidence:
  Must be highly comfortable and confident being on camera and speaking engagingly on various topics.
• Recording Capability:
  Must possess or have reliable access to a good-quality recording device (e.g., modern smartphone, dedicated camera) and a basic setup suitable for shooting high-quality video content from your remote location.
• Video Editing Skills (Bonus) :
  Proficiency in video editing software such as
  CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
  is a plus.
• Creative Mindset:
  Strong passion for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and a keen eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and design.
• Communication Skills:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-Starter:
  The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Bonus Skills:
  Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and an understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
