Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content for various social media platforms, managing and scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and analyzing social media metrics. Other day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the creative team to develop content strategies, staying updated with the latest social media trends, and using social media tools to enhance content reach and engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to design engaging
    monthly content calendars
    .
  • Conceptualise and create
    content that drives engagement, shares, and virality
    across platforms.
  • Write clear, platform-optimised copy for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and more.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Coordinate with clients for content approvals while maintaining brand voice and consistency.
  • Optimise content for SEO and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Manage scheduling, posting, and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Analyse performance metrics, experiment with new formats, and stay updated with emerging trends.

  • Familiar with

  • Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • A strong communicator and
    team player with an eye for detail
    .
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Client servicing skills and an understanding of
    digital marketing
    are a plus.
