We're building a fast-moving content team and are looking for a
hands-on creator
who lives and breathes short-form content.

Your job is to
ideate, produce, and publish
scroll-stopping videos and posts using AI and modern editing tools.

If you're the kind of person who spots trends early, loves experimenting with new tools, and can turn raw ideas into viral-ready content — you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

  • Create daily short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, carousels, etc.) for multiple brands or internal projects.
  • Use
    AI tools
    (ChatGPT, OpusClip, Pika, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) for idea generation, scripting, visuals, and repurposing.
  • Edit videos and graphics using
    CapCut, Canva, or similar
    tools.
  • Research trends, hooks, and formats that drive engagement.
  • Analyze what performs well and continuously refine future content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to maintain consistent tone and storytelling.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and social media timing.
  • Comfortable using AI for creative and production tasks.
  • Knows how to adapt trends to a brand's unique voice.
  • Able to work quickly, iterate often, and take feedback well.
  • Basic understanding of metrics like reach, retention, saves, and shares.
  • A "get-things-done" mindset — startup pace, no ego.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with AI-based video or image tools (Runway, Midjourney, OpusClip, Synthesia, etc.)
  • Understanding of content systems — how to turn one video idea into multiple micro-assets.
  • Previous work in education, productivity, or wellness content niches.
