Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive cum Tester who can assist clients with product-related queries, perform application testing, and ensure smooth functioning of the software modules. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via email, chat, or calls.
  • Understand client issues and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.
  • Perform functional and regression testing of software modules.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects or inconsistencies.
  • Assist in preparing test cases, test reports, and user documentation.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth delivery to clients.
  • Maintain clear communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all support tickets and reported bugs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree .
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts .
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle client interactions professionally and patiently.
  • Quick learner with attention to detail and willingness to take ownership.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Exposure to web or ERP application testing.
