Job Title: Accounts cum HR Executive

Location: Calicut

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts cum HR Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and HR functions in our IT company based in Calicut. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of handling dual responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits.
  • Manage invoices, purchase entries, and payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and coordination.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll support.
  • Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement.
  • Handle HR policies, disciplinary actions, and employee queries.
  • Support performance evaluation processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts/HR roles (experience in IT company preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
  • Good understanding of HR practices and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
