Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Responsibilities

  • Packaging Coordination: Collaborate with project and packaging teams to finalize packaging sign-offs and rate settlements. Support internal sourcing teams in negotiating and settling supplier packaging rates.
  • Procurement & Operational Activities: Execute procurement activities including PO release, PR closure, old ASN closure, and pricing coordination with SSU. Ensure compliance with organizational sourcing policies and standards.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other tools for data handling, trend analysis, and forecasting. Prepare and present analytical reports to support decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and support subordinates in packaging and sourcing activities. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Apply alternate thinking to optimize packaging solutions and cost efficiency. Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives.

Auto / Auto Equipment Auto Components Education Qualification
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering 
General Experience
  • 8–10 years in Auto Spares, Engineering, or Manufacturing Industry.
  • Hands-on experience in packaging and rate settlement processes.
Critical Experience
  • Expertise in packaging and rate negotiation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, trend analysis, and forecasting.
  • Preferably SAP hands-on experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
