Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Leader to oversee the IT operations in our organization. The responsibilities include

  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT strategies and projects in line with organizational objectives
  • Leading change management initiatives for IT and Technology function
  • Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.
  • Liaising with other departments, determining, and addressing their IT needs and requirements.
  • Managing and supervising employees in the IT department.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems.
  • Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparing financial budgets and performance reports.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.
  • Ensure the ICT suppliers are compliant with their change management protocols related to SAP environment (both management and technical).
  • Responsibility to ensure the continuity of SAP Processes.
  • Responsible to manage both application as well as infrastructure.
  • Should have excellent understanding of SAP solutions and of the consulting business processes and functions.
  • To manage the relationship with functional and technical consultants to provide both incident resolution and development services
  • Well conversant with SAP developments in the functional area
  • Maintain the integrity, manageability and architectural aspects of the IT systems
  • Implementation of IT Security Policy, process, and management
  • IT Cost savings and Budget control Management
