Join Our Team as a Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in our growth. In this position, you will be the vital link between our academy and the medical community, building relationships and guiding doctors toward the educational opportunities that will best serve their careers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and connect with prospective doctors.
  • Present our Fellowship and PG Diploma programs, focusing on their value and relevance.
  • Conduct in-depth, consultative conversations to understand each doctor's unique aspirations and challenges.
  • Guide prospects through the enrollment process, providing a seamless and professional experience.
  • Work collaboratively with them to find suitable pricing, offers, and schedules.
  • Manage your pipeline diligently using our CRM system.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure a unified strategy.
  • Meet and exceed your enrollment goals.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has demonstrated success in sales, ideally within medical education, pharma, or professional services.
  • Is an excellent communicator and a thoughtful negotiator.
  • Is fluent in English (other languages are advantageous).
  • Is comfortable and confident engaging with senior medical professionals.
  • Is a self-starter, organized, and capable of managing their own workload effectively.
